Jani Kervinen, born in 1983, started making music when he was about 13 years old. His first interest was dance music and especially trance music. After failing to warm to the tracks with vocals like dance hits he soon discovered the real art of making tracks was writing a good, working background. After several years working with tracker software he got himself a Roland’s MC-303, the groovebox. This was a breaking point as he learned alot about synthesis structure and how the sound takes a new shape with controller knobs. Today he has taken all his experienced with music and built a great studio that works for his needs. PC’s chained together raising up the production power with DSP-cards from several manufactures like TC Electronic and Universal Audio.

But that’s not all to mention. He has been signed to big trance labels like Alter Ego Recordings and Monster Tunes and has done countless remixes for many of the biggest labels in the business including Above & Beyond’s 'Anjunabeats' possibly the greatest trance label out there.

Today he focuses more on engineering for his many clients, so expect to hear more from him in the near future. He is currently working on his debut album that promises, quite simply, to be massive.
